Shalom's Set is named after our grandfather and founder of Zion Etrogim. It is our highest tier Etrog set, chosen by rabbis, cantors, and congregants who look to celebrate the Sukkot holiday to the fullest extent. From the thousands of etrogim, only a small number make it into Shalom's Set.
